I have a 5 bedroom 3 bath house I will be renting out to 2 other roommates while I attend Palmer. The rooms that will be rented out will be upstairs and will share a double vanity bathroom. There are 4 bedrooms up there so maybe can let a potential roomate convert one of the rooms into a den or storage area at no extra cost. Everything in the house is updated from siding, bathrooms, paint, kitchen and carpet. The property backs up to a creek that has a peaceful waterfall that can be heard from the backyard and is half a block from duck creek trail( 3.5 mile bike ride to Palmer..16 min). Since everything will be new and updated, I will not be allowing outside pets other than my mini Aussie.
